Our collections are thoughtfully curated for babies, toddlers, and young children — typically crawlers to 5 years. Every element is selected to encourage safe, imaginative, age-appropriate play.

Most collections require approximately 12–16 ft of clear, level space. Larger experiences, such as the Keepsake and the Glasshouse Collection, will require additional room. We’ll confirm measurements with you before your event to ensure a seamless fit.

Yes — both. Indoor setups are most popular, particularly during warmer months. Outdoor bookings are welcome on suitable, level surfaces; however, if rain is forecast, an indoor backup space must be available. This ensures your event runs smoothly regardless of the weather.

What about the Texas heat and outdoor Bubble House setups?

Guest comfort and safety are always our priority. During peak summer months, we strongly recommend indoor placement. Outdoor Bubble House setups are only confirmed when suitable shade, timing, and weather conditions have been discussed and agreed in advance.

A 30%NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event. Dates are reserved only once the deposit is received. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before your event date. We are happy to accommodate one reschedule based on availability within 6 months of the original booking date. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur a fee.

We will set up 1-3 hours prior to your event start time. Please allow at least 1.5 hours for setup. This is not included in your play time

Every piece is thoroughly cleaned, sanitised, and inspected before and after each event. We maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure a pristine, safe environment for little guests.
